Black Book 2019 Pinot Noir. 11.5%, 750ml.

Grown in nearby Essex, the pinot noir grapes are hand picked and sorted at the Clayhill Vineyard before travelling a short distance to Black Book's Battersea winery. The wine itself is fermented in small open top fermenters and aged in burgundy barrels for at least 7 months.

The result is a wine with refined tannins and elegance with undertones and aromas of sour cherries, violets and raspberries.

This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
