Some beers in the case are bottle-conditioned (marked BC)
. This allows the final conditioning of the beer to take place in the bottle. It gives the beer a fresher and fuller taste. We recommend you always use a glass when enjoying bottle-conditioned beers. For a clearer glass of beer, leave the sediment in the bottle. But we’ll leave that up to you!
